The apartment is located in Central Park Residence, originally built in 1887. It is decorated with brick and limestone walls and high ceilings. If you are looking for a feeling of a private house, then this apartment is just for you! The entrance to the apartment is directly from the yard. The front door is made of glass. The apartment has a "through the house" layout and the entrance to the courtyard side of Central Park Residence.
